This Course Enrollment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Court Education Services LLC and the undersigned student ("Student") for enrollment in the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course ("Course"). By signing this Agreement, the Student agrees to enroll in the Course.
Payment:
The Student agrees to pay the full course fee as specified above. Payment must be made in full before the Course Start Date unless other arrangements have been made with the Provider.
Attendance:
The Student agrees to attend all scheduled classes and complete all assignments and assessments required for successful completion of the Course.
Intellectual Property:
The Student acknowledges that all course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, handouts, and assignments, are the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
Cancellation and Refunds:
The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Course for any reason. In the event of cancellation by the Provider, the Student will receive a full refund of any fees paid. If the Student wishes to cancel their enrollment, refunds will be issued according to the Provider's refund policy.
Refund policy:
Provider offers a 30-day money back guarantee. Provider will provide a full refund if the request for a refund is made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, Provider will not provide any refunds.
Code of Conduct:
The Student agrees to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and to adhere to any additional rules or guidelines specified by the Provider.
Limitation of Liability:
The Provider will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Student's participation in the Course, except to the extent caused by the Provider's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Student agrees that the Provider’s liability is limited to the cost of the course.
Intellectual property:
Student acknowledges that the course materials, website and content are the intellectual property of the Provider. Student agrees not to copy, download or reproduce Provider’s intellectual property.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
